Migration Issues Top Discussions Between Dbeibeh and EU Ambassadors

Prime Minister Abdul Hamid Dbeibeh of the Government of National Unity discussed with EU ambassadors the coordination of efforts to convene the Mediterranean Migration Forum in Tripoli in mid-July. The forum will involve participation from relevant African and European countries.

During the meeting, there was reaffirmed support for the UN Support Mission in Libya’s efforts to facilitate fair elections and a welcome for the activation of municipal elections. The government pledged its support and committed to providing necessary facilitations for the elections.
